Senior .Net Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Develop web and windows based software using .Net technologies (C#)
• Develop stored procedures or database entities
• Clearly document designs in written form
• Provide design and code reviews for systems developed
• Expand knowledge base on .Net and SDLCv
• Integrate and test software to confirm compliance with specifications
• Participate in definition, design and review of software architecture
• Design application frameworks and interfaces
• Lead development and implementation, providing development-team leadership
• Interact with peers and outside teams to design solutions which meet business needs
• Work collaboratively to assist peers with work load as needed
• Clearly communicate status and delivery timing of assigned tasks
• Update change request system to correctly track work items
• Track and update time reporting system with time spent on project work
• Participate in definition, design, and review of software architecture, design, application frameworks, and interfaces
• Lead development and implementation of framework and application software

Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or IT with minimum 5 years of experience, in software testing especially using .NET technology
• Experience with RDMBS development including stored procedure development, focus on SQL Server a strong plus
• Familiar with SDLC and resilient to the challenge of software development
• Team player but at the same time independence and self driven, result-oriented and hardworking
• Not afraid to formulate and suggest ideas to improve processes, department and company as a whole
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Prior experience with distributed development teams or work/school off-shore is a strong positive in your favor

• Solid understanding of current Web Standards compliance practices as well as cross-browser and cross-platform implementation solutions.
• Experienced with web graphic creation and optimization (should be proficient using PhotoShop), the ability to reproduce design intent with a high degree of fidelity and familiarity with user-centered design best-practices, and usability evaluation techniques.

UX Engineer
Monster is seeking a Senior UX Engineer to join our UX Development team. We are looking for a seasoned UX Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves problem solving, and relishes the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled, front end technologist in delivering a world class user experience across Monster’s Global presence.
Monster’s UX team brings it all together -- working closely with cross-functional teams including: Product Specialists, UX Designers, Copy Writers, Usability Engineers, and Software Engineers.
Essential Functions:
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain current and new .NET applications, focused on the front-end development
• Participation in full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis and design, working closely with technical, design, and product teams.
• Investigate and analyze reported defects in a timely manner, and recommend solutions to these problems including code changes, data updates, or configuration modifications.
• Provide input and execute on efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of our development projects.
• Conduct and assist in design and code reviews.
• Conduct and assist in unit and integration testing.
• Ability to mentor junior developers
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience with one or more of the following web technologies: Cascading Style Sheets and Javascript
Preferred Skills:
• Bachelors degree in a technical or artistic discipline
• Experience designing and implementing dynamic, personalized, database-driven commercial web sites.
• Knowledge of multiple web technologies, including but not limited to: HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, Visual Studio.Net, SOA, C#, Flash, and Silverlight 3.
• Expertise with AJAX, and a solid understanding of current Web Standards compliance practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment
• Ability to design and develop software in a group or independently.
• Should be comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources.
• Understanding of multiple SDLC concepts, including waterfall and agile.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
• Experience working with technical, design, and product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• In addition to the development of ASP.NET pages, candidate must have:
- Very strong understanding of CSS, its terminology and how it works in cross-browser UI design.
- Must have used a Javascript Framework (JQuery, Dojo, YUI, MooTools or proprietary) in development of RIA / web applications.
- Understand object oriented programming in Javascript
- Experience in DOM manipulation, AJAX, animation, validation via Javascript

QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include writing and executing test cases based on functional requirements, participating in project design reviews, requirements definition, project meetings and release planning meetings, as well as developing and running VB-based automated tests.
• Provide Software Testing services for web and windows based software.
• Create test case scripts based on functional and technical requirements of documented projects
• Execute tests to ensure systems maintain quality and performance levels of excellence
• Liaison with US and European based Business and Technical teams to manage project deadlines.
• Expand knowledge of SDLC, UML, agile development and Automated Test Tools
• Interact with peers and outside teams to design and build solutions which meet business needs
• Work collaboratively to assist peers with work load as needed
• Clearly communicate status and delivery timing of assigned tasks
• Update change request system to correctly track work items

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a software quality professional
• Ability to act independently or in a team
• Ability to think analytically in order to build test cases from written documentation.
• Experience using defect tracking sytems
• Experience using basic SQL queries to obtain data from SQL databases
• Experience with HP Quality Center is a strong plus
• Experience with source control systems such as Perforce is a plus
• Strong reading and writing skills in English
