Under the Monster Worldwide Charity program, Monster Tech had participated in charity drive program in 3 homes in Kuala Lumpur - Sri Raghavendra Home, Pusat Ribuan Kasih and Stepping Stones Centre. In June 2008 we had our first group of interns - 6 MMU students
comprising 5 international and one Malaysian student were attached to
Monster Tech for a 4 month internship. The intern program gives
students a quality real-world experience. The goal of the internship is
to provide interns with interactive learning opportunities and hands on

Monster Technologies Malaysia (MTM) has completed its second round of training as it continues its first year’s growth. 18 new staff members received 12-days training on the tools and practices of Monster Worldwide.
The comprehensive training includes C# and .Net training, using customized materials taken from 6 Microsoft Certification Courses. The in-house trainings include lab and exercises, and were conducted by a senior trainer from a leading IT Training organization in Malaysia.
