Monster Technologies Malaysia (MTM) has completed its second round of training as it continues its first year’s growth. 18 new staff members received 12-days training on the tools and practices of Monster Worldwide.

The comprehensive training includes C# and .Net training, using customized materials taken from 6 Microsoft Certification Courses. The in-house trainings include lab and exercises, and were conducted by a senior trainer from a leading IT Training organization in Malaysia.

The employees are assigned to work on Production site after the training, which has further helped the employees to learn effectively. The employees are assigned to support North America Monster site, which is Monster's largest website.

MTM will continue to provide trainings to new employees and will provide an annual training to existing employees. All employees are encouraged to research and choose an area of interest relevant to their role, and inform the management. Additionally, MTM also plan to have an in-house library for employees to use.

MTM's next training session for another batch of new employees is scheduled to begin on 3rd October 2006.
